Tips to Prevent Cancer & Get Healthy





List of vegetables that help to prevent cancer:

01: 98.7% - Steam sweet potato.
02: 94.4% - Raw sweet potato.
03: 93.9% - Asparagus.
04: 82.8% - Cauliflower.
05: 91.4% - Cabbage.

  • Drink hot lemon water can prevent cancer. Don't add sugar. Hot lemon water is more beneficial than cold lemon water.

01. Often taking supper late night can increase the chance of stomach cancer.

02. Never take more than 4 eggs per week.
